You will manage brand payment processes, reconcile transactions, respond to inquiries, and support operational efficiency for a leading cannabis wholesale platform.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Experience with accounts payable or payment reconciliation preferred
• Comfortable using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
• Openness to new tools and process improvements

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates, escalating issues to Team Lead
• Reconcile and analyze retailer payments due to brands
• Manage Zendesk tickets for brand inquiries
• Support day-to-day operations: verify orders/invoices, process fee adjustments, maintain files
• Participate in calls with brand partners and assist with onboarding/training
