You'll manage day-to-day operations for a family-owned industry leader in door and security products, overseeing field installers and service techs to ensure timely project completion. You'll drive sales growth and improve operational metrics while fostering team performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee scheduling and technical troubleshooting
• Call on customers for sales opportunities and prepare bids
• Conduct weekly SODD and Ageing meetings
• Lead monthly safety and department meetings

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing field and office personnel
• Proficient with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems
• Must be willing to train in St. Louis 3 times during first 90 days
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
