You'll design and build internal platforms and tools that improve how product managers, designers, and engineers collaborate across the entire product development lifecycle. Operating in a highly collaborative, global environment, you will work closely with teams across India, the UK, and North America to eliminate friction and accelerate software delivery. A strong focus of the role is leveraging AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to scale engineering efficiency and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build internal developer tools and platforms.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and automation solutions.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify friction points.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software or platform engineering
• Proficiency in at least one backend language like TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java
• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and deployment pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DevEx, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or Claude
• Experience with engineering metrics and data-driven improvements
