Description

You will own the manufacturing of Anduril's intelligence systems, developing novel tooling solutions and process flows. You'll provide design for manufacturability feedback, iterate on assembly processes, and work hands-on with prototype hardware to bring cutting-edge defense technology to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 12+ years experience in manufacturing process development
• Expertise in creating detailed work instructions
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing of intelligence systems across all steps
• Provide Design for Manufacturability and assembly feedback
• Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly
• Develop process flows and production lines for complex assemblies
• Write documentation such as work instructions and quality plans
