Requirements

• **Bachelor's** or Master's in Engineering or related field
• **10+ years** of machine shop management experience
• **5+ years** in a leadership role in sophisticated manufacturing
• Experience with **facility startup** and production scale-up

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plan to build and grow the LFM manufacturing facility
• Oversee daily operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team
• Champion Lean principles to eliminate waste and improve OEE
