💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end delivery of multi-quarter security initiatives like IAM upgrades, vulnerability-management improvements, and compliance readiness efforts for a global community of active people. You'll coordinate across Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, and GRC, ensuring alignment and removing blockers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of multi-quarter security initiatives from proposal to launch
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, and GRC
• Own program communications and produce status updates and executive briefings
• Identify and mitigate risks through dependency and resourcing assessments

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of program management experience delivering complex software/security programs
• Experience executing initiatives involving security controls and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, NIST CSF)
• Ability to define program scope, success metrics, and milestone plans
• Proven ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IAM upgrades or vulnerability management
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Airtable for program tracking
