🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage procurement for ~400 parts across ~12 vendors
• Negotiate vendor pricing and payment terms
• Hire and supervise assembly team
• Track throughput, defects, and rework metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in procurement or supply chain
• Experience directly supervising a production team
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems
• Based in or willing to relocate to Shrewsbury, MA

• Experience with inventory planning (safety stock, reorder points)
