You'll provide DICOM subject matter expertise and lead a team of specialists at RapidAI, the most clinically validated AI platform in healthcare. Your work will directly improve patient outcomes across 2,500+ hospitals worldwide. This role offers a chance to shape support capabilities through AI-based tools and training programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Debug and validate DICOM tags, SOP classes, and modalities
• Troubleshoot DICOM network services like C-FIND and C-STORE
• Use Wireshark and TCPDump for DICOM/HL7 traffic analysis
• Mentor and lead a team of support specialists

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with PACS and DICOM workflows
• In-depth knowledge of DICOM file structures and transfer syntaxes
• Proficiency with tools like dcmdump, DCMTK, and RadiAnt
• 5+ years managing team members in a technical capacity

• Familiarity with AWS services like CloudWatch and Lambda
• Experience with HL7 and medical imaging systems
