You'll lead cybersecurity advisory engagements to shape security protocols for clients. You will apply expertise in CMMC and NIST frameworks to advise on compliance and navigate complex regulations. Your work includes developing documentation and implementing IT security best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT system security consultation within CMMC and NIST frameworks.
• Conduct gap analyses, workshops, and advisory consulting projects independently.
• Develop System Security Plans and supporting documentation for clients.
• Mentor team members on audit preparation and technical reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in government compliance (CMMC, FISMA, FedRAMP).
• Strong familiarity with NIST Special Publications 800-series.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and security assessments.
• CMMC certifications (CCP, CCA, or Lead CCA) required.
