You'll oversee the systems, workflows, and operational infrastructure for a rapidly scaling marketing services organization. You'll lead automation, QA, deployment, and support functions while driving efficiency through AI-powered solutions and process optimization. π― What You'll Do
- Lead and manage multiple operational functions including Process & Automation, QA, Technical Support, and Execution & Deployment
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate quality assurance, technical support triage, and service delivery
- Build and optimize operational systems using automation tools and integrated technology solutions
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability frameworks across operational teams
- Analyze operational bottlenecks, error rates, and escalation patterns to identify optimization opportunities
π Requirements
- 7β10 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related operational leadership role
- Minimum 4 years managing multiple operational or service delivery functions simultaneously in high-growth environments
- Proven success scaling operational systems and services from hundreds to thousands of customers without proportional team expansion
- Strong hands-on expertise with ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier, N8N, GoHighLevel, or similar workflow platforms
