💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Regional Channel Sales Managers to scale Verkada's channel business across the West region. You'll drive above-quota performance through strategic partner engagement and pipeline discipline. This is a first-line management role blending strategy with hands-on execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and coach 6-8 Channel Sales Managers to achieve quotas
• Drive pipeline and forecast excellence through weekly reviews
• Close complex, high-value deals with executive-level partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of consistent sales achievement
• Operational forecasting strength in high-volume environments
• Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Channel sales leadership experience strongly preferred
• President's Club or similar recognition
• Existing relationships in SaaS or physical security
