Description

As an Architect at Benevity, you'll lead enterprise patterns for reliable, governed, AI-driven solutions at scale, designing data flows from ingestion to consumption while ensuring AI systems are secure and auditable. You'll mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to align data and AI strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years in software development and large scale enterprise systems architecture
• 4+ years focused on data engineering, data platform architecture, and AI solutions including AIOps
• Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud computing, distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS Glue, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and agentic frameworks

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end data and AI technology strategy and architectural portfolio
• Mentor engineers and technical leadership with clear patterns and hands-on guidance
• Lead architecture decisioning through ADRs, standards, and design reviews
• Standardize end-to-end data flow patterns and platform standards for orchestration and reliability
• Drive adoption of AI governance architecture and AIOps standards
