🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems and map user flows
• Indirectly lead design teams as creative director on innovative projects
• Build relationships with leaders and manage executive stakeholders
• Understand research methods and business/tech/user constraints

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• Excellent UX, visual, and interaction skills
• Ability to define direction and lead others through it
• Experience with 0-to-1 or redesigning major product elements
