💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end reliability of Socure's identity verification platform, working at the intersection of AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes. You'll prevent incidents through strong observability and automation, building systems that verify 100% of good identities in real time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate highly available AWS infrastructure
• Manage Kubernetes (EKS) platforms and improve reliability
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Drive incident response and root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Deep AWS expertise (networking, compute, IAM, scaling)
• Strong Kubernetes fundamentals with production EKS experience
• Proficiency in Go or Python for automation
• Experience with Terraform at scale and GitOps workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Datadog for observability and APM
• Knowledge of SLIs/SLOs to drive reliability decisions
