You will lead a global team of analysts and partner with the Head of TAMSS to drive analytics strategy, influence business strategy, and enable operational excellence in paid support services at Stripe. Your work will directly shape decisions and improve efficiency in a fast-growing function.

• 10+ years in analytically rigorous roles
• Experience leading a team of analysts
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to partner with senior leadership
• Excellent communication and storytelling

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics and insights via data, dashboards, automation, and tooling
• Influence business strategy by translating analysis into clear narratives
• Drive cross-functional change with Ops, Product, Finance, Data Science
• Establish and optimize regular operational rhythms (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews)
• Enable bottom-up operational planning to improve automation and scalability
