Description

You will support the Account Management team by assisting with proposals, using media measurement tools, gathering specifications, and building relationships with agency and vendor partners. This role offers exposure to OOH media planning and execution.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• 0-1 years experience in media or related fields preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Superior attention to detail and quantitative skills

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers with pulling together proposals
• Develop proficiency in media measurement tools (e.g., Geopath)
• Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and prepare proof of performance documents
• Build understanding of financial/operations framework for billing
• Attend weekly vendor meetings and become expert on OOH formats
