You'll lead engineering squads to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions for a global technology company powering customer experiences for major brands. You'll drive technical leadership, build capability across engineers, and remove blockers while partnering with Product, Delivery, and QA leadership to achieve business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure squads have technical capability and processes to deliver reliably.
• Act as chapter leader, building capability and setting engineering standards.
• Manage technical debt and ensure sound technical design.
• Embed quality-by-design and partner with QA for quality outcomes.
• Own operational health of systems, ensuring reliability and performance.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms in complex client environments.
• Strong background in full-stack engineering with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred).
