🎯 What You'll Do

• Define success metrics and influence servicing strategy with Operations and Product leaders.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for self-service analytics.
• Conduct root cause analyses on borrower and operational performance metrics.
• Lead analytical support for product experiments and operational initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 6 years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.
• Advanced SQL experience building complex queries and transforming large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.

• Knowledge of consumer lending, servicing operations, or financial services.
• Experience supporting product experiments or A/B testing.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and prioritize opportunities.
