You'll process high-volume cashiering transactions (ACH, wires, checks) for a fintech company democratizing finance. You'll ensure accurate, timely movement of funds across brokerage and retirement accounts while delivering a compliant, high-quality client experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process high-volume cashiering transactions (ACH, wires, checks, journals, transfers)
• Monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet strict deadlines
• Serve as primary contact for advisors, staff, and clients via phone, email, and systems
• Partner with clearing firm and internal teams to facilitate transactions and resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of cashiering procedures, workflows, and regulatory considerations
• Experience in back-office operations, preferably in financial services or banking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
