You'll act as a strategic "break-in" specialist for Relay's largest target accounts, owning the critical 0-to-1 stage of Enterprise Multi-Site deployments. You'll drive site-level success and translate frontline realities into ROI narratives for senior leadership. This role offers unparalleled impact in shaping go-to-market strategy for high-growth segments.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact site deployments in target accounts.
- Map stakeholder landscape from line supervisors to regional leadership.
- Use early site success to earn introductions and drive bottoms-up growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome hurdles and shape product roadmap.
- Maintain proactive field presence including frequent travel to customer sites.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or account management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site deployments in complex organizations.
- Experience with hunting and breaking into new accounts or segments.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
