You'll lead cloud implementation projects for a leading retail SaaS platform, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Upshop serves over 450 retailers, making this a mission-critical role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate schedules, lead project update calls, and capture key actions
• Build time estimates, develop project schedule, and address scheduling issues
• Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope
• Monitor and report project progress on objectives, timeframe, scope, quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Standard knowledge of agile software development methodology
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with multiple streams
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project is a must

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP certification
• Retail industry experience
