🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle customer success and support operations across teams.
• Conduct customer support via phone, email, and dashboard.
• Review new customer onboarding applications.
• Manage inbound support tickets and calls with empathy.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in financial services or customer support/sales.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information and exercising discretion.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Intercom or Pylon.
• Familiarity with AML, KYB/KYC, or transaction monitoring.
