🎯 What You'll Do

• Govern data quality and lifecycle in CDP/CRM
• Build and optimize complex segmentation architectures
• Implement GenAI solutions for automation and scaling
• Map, document, and refine Martech workflows

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in CRM Operations or Marketing Operations
• Deep data governance and segmentation logic skills
• Practical AI tools knowledge for operational efficiency
• Hands-on with automation platforms (RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or tech companies
• Knowledge in RD Station Marketing, CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce
• Experience with integrations via APIs, webhooks, no-code/low-code tools
