You'll join Elastic to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Public Sector accounts, positioning the Search AI Platform as a solution for complex data challenges. You'll act as a trusted advisor helping customers harness search, observability, and security to transform data into actionable insights. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Fuel adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions in new public sector accounts
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping users transform data into actionable insights
• Navigate complex sales cycles, managing high-stakes negotiations
• Develop territory plans leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems

📋 Requirements

• SaaS subscription sales success in Public Sector accounts with overachievement track record
• Ability to craft value narratives linking technical capabilities to business outcomes
• Technical cloud fluency in security, observability, and data architectures
• Executive negotiation and closing skills for high-stakes contracts
