You'll lead end-to-end design across the Develop pillar, crafting AI-native workflows and systemized patterns. Your work will help builders move faster with confidence. This role is remote-first at a company building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, design, and launch new products across complex technical domains.
• Collaborate across teams to untangle AI-focused technical dependencies.
• Present work to stakeholders and drive alignment on design vision.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and pain points.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in agentic product experiences and their technical workings
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a remote environment
• Familiarity with web design industry and accessibility standards
