🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global response and recovery operations in dynamic transit environments
• Directly oversee managers and customer-facing employees handling high-visibility situations
• Provide strategic planning and direction to operations
• Maintain client contract compliance and manage operational budget

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant management and leadership experience
• Strong background in transportation and/or logistics
• Class A or B driver's license with Passenger endorsement and 3+ years commercial driving experience
• Experience managing P&L including forecasting and budgeting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fleet management and complex scheduling for operations and maintenance
• Experience in rapid response and recovery operations with numerous vehicle types
