💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer onboarding and drive product adoption for 20,000+ hoteliers using Canary's AI-powered hospitality platform. Your work will directly impact client retention and revenue growth across the APAC region.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead client onboarding through webinars and account setup
  • Drive customer value by aligning product features with client goals
  • Manage relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales to expand portfolio accounts

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
  • Proven track record of onboarding clients through complex technical challenges
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large portfolio of Mid-Market accounts
  • Exceptional communication abilities to build trust with diverse stakeholders
