💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and operate scalable data platforms powering IMO's clinical data intelligence products and AI initiatives. You'll own complex data problems end-to-end, influencing architecture and raising the technical bar for data engineering. This role offers the chance to shape data systems at a company where data is the product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and operate production-grade data platforms on AWS and Databricks
• Design and maintain batch and incremental data pipelines using lakehouse patterns
• Model data into analytics- and product-ready data models
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and AI teams to translate requirements into solutions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building end-to-end data platforms in production
• Strong Python and SQL programming with engineering mindset
• Deep experience with AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, IAM) and Databricks/Spark
• Experience with data orchestration frameworks like Airflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics engineering tools like dbt
• Familiarity with data observability and cost management in cloud environments
• Experience with healthcare or regulated data domains
