Description

You will manage the commercial operations of a 4,000+ MW portfolio of utility-scale wind and solar projects, maximizing asset value, leading growth initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years energy industry experience in project development, asset management, or related commercial roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and cash position for assigned generating assets
• Review monthly operational performance and financial variance reports, investigating and remedying budget variances
• Develop annual project budgets and update monthly accrual and cash forecasts
• Negotiate and amend project company agreements to improve performance or mitigate risk
• Ensure project compliance with licenses, permits, regulatory requirements, and counterparty obligations
