You'll support commercial and operational due diligence for middle-market clients, working with U.S. private equity firms and senior executives. You'll build financial models and track value capture initiatives that directly impact client outcomes. This role offers exposure to high-impact, fast-paced engagements at a rapidly growing consultancy backed by New Mountain Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform deep-dive analysis of commercial opportunities and cost structures
• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow and cost-saving tracking
• Develop 100-day plans and value creation roadmaps
• Prepare client-ready materials for global stakeholders
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams across time zones

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CA preferred
• 2-4 years of consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate strategy experience
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
• Exposure to operational improvement or restructuring environments
