🎯 What You'll Do

• Determine need for payer notification and prior authorization for scheduled procedures
• Investigate patient insurance to identify authorization requirements and initiate approvals

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in physician's office, clinic, or hospital business office
• Strong understanding of insurance authorization processes and third-party payer requirements
• Working knowledge of ICD coding, CPT coding, and medical terminology
