Description

Similarweb is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and evolve the global Field Revenue Operations function. In this role, you will build and scale a best-in-class RevOps engine, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to drive predictable growth and operational rigor across the full revenue lifecycle. You will translate GTM strategy into action through data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in high-growth B2B/SaaS
• 3-4+ years of people leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Deep expertise in GTM processes and KPIs
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations
• Experience embedding AI-driven insights and automation into RevOps workflows

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to Sales and Business Operations, translating GTM strategy into execution
• Design and refine Revenue Operations frameworks across people, process, data, and technology
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with visibility into pipeline health and risks
• Define and govern KPI frameworks for pipeline coverage, conversion, productivity, retention, and expansion
• Drive end-to-end GTM optimization initiatives including funnel efficiency, quota attainment, and territory design
