Your work will directly impact trust and alignment across Sales, Finance, and RevOps by designing incentive structures that drive the right behaviors. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end commission operations, including monthly calculation and payout.
  • Resolve commission disputes and inquiries from the sales team.
  • Lead commission plan design and governance with Sales, Finance, and RevOps.
  • Analyze payout trends and plan effectiveness for data-driven decisions.
  • Support pricing and deal desk operations via CPQ tooling.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Deep expertise in sales compensation plan design and commission operations.
  • Experience with quota-setting and monthly commission calculations.
  • Familiarity with CPQ administration and deal desk operations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Finance, and RevOps.

  • Experience with ICM platforms or Salesforce-based compensation tools.
  • Knowledge of commission accruals and forecasting.
  • Background in SaaS or cloud storage industry.
