You'll act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them get measurable business value from Cloudinary. You'll manage a portfolio of 4-7 high-value accounts and drive adoption, retention, and growth. This role provides direct impact on customer outcomes and influence on how Cloudinary manages its most strategic relationships.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 4-7 strategic accounts with annual commitments above $500K
- Develop and execute long-term success plans tied to customer business goals
- Drive adoption, value realization, retention, and account growth
- Identify risks early and drive resolution across cross-functional teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience managing strategic, enterprise, or high-value customer relationships
- Strong track record of driving adoption, retention, and account growth
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and web technologies
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with DAM, CMS, eCommerce, or media workflows
- Ability to deliver clear product demonstrations
- Experience partnering with Account Management and Product teams
