🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain employee records in HRIS for US and Canada
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws
• Process US and Canadian payroll accurately

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of human resources experience
• Employee relations experience
• Payroll and tax knowledge
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

• Knowledge of Canadian and US HR practices
