Description

You will drive adoption and build strategic relationships for complex enterprise accounts at IP Fabric, a fast-growing network automation company. You'll lead onboarding, quantify value, and manage renewals and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Skills in quantifying business value and driving adoption
  • Proficiency in forecasting and customer health monitoring
  • Strong relationship-building with executive sponsors

Responsibilities

  • Own customer success plans for Tier 1-2 accounts with a Post-Sales Solution Architect
  • Run technical programs, coordinate stakeholders, and map use cases
  • Drive adoption and maturity with measurable milestones
  • Quantify and communicate value using metrics like avoided risk and faster resolution
  • Manage renewals, support procurement, and uncover expansion opportunities
