Description

You will lead QA automation initiatives, design and execute automated testing procedures, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery for major accounts. You will implement CI/CD structures and provide technical mentorship to drive a culture of automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as a tactical leader in high-pressure environments
• Expert-level ability to design stable, deterministic tests across entire stack
• Proven experience architecting and maintaining automation frameworks
• Mastery of integrating test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend languages like PHP or Java

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on testing across web and mobile ecosystem as technical authority
• Lead project delivery through mentorship and delegation
• Drive stakeholder management by aligning quality goals with business objectives
• Develop and evolve robust testing strategies with shift-left mindset
• Own release cycle including scope planning, estimation, and final sign-off
