💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and lead the logistics function for Helsing's US business, from inbound supply chain to customer delivery and field deployment. You'll set strategy, build the team, establish systems, and create partnerships to scale logistics from early-stage to high-volume production. This role offers the chance to work on defense technology for democratic countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute US logistics strategy across inbound, outbound, warehousing, and transportation.
• Build and lead a high-performing logistics team from a small group to a distributed organization.
• Establish warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution infrastructure including secure facilities.
• Manage international freight operations with ITAR/EAR-controlled shipments and customs compliance.
• Partner with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure smooth material flow and customer deliveries.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of logistics leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware.
• Proven track record of building and scaling logistics operations from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of US defense logistics including DoD and government furnished equipment processes.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and US customs regulations governing defense-related goods.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance and US citizenship.

• Prior military logistics experience (active duty or reserve).
• Existing US security clearance (Secret or above).
• Experience scaling logistics for a high-growth hardware or defense tech company.
