💼 About This Role

You'll manage support for French-speaking markets and global Key Accounts at an AI-driven hospitality platform. You'll handle complex queries via email and chat, lead client-specific training sessions, and bridge the gap between the AI platform and hotel group operations. This role focuses on solving business challenges, not just tickets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume support requests via email and chat
• Host dedicated training sessions for Key Accounts
• Serve as primary support contact for Key Account HQs
• Identify workflow gaps and contribute to process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Native or C1-level fluency in French and English
• 2+ years in Customer Support or Client Success in a SaaS environment
• Experience communicating with corporate HQ contacts and senior stakeholders
• Confident public speaker for virtual sessions with large groups
