Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. You'll oversee vehicle movement, train team members, and handle performance management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities; identify team strengths and weaknesses
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage assigned team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
