💼 About This Role

You'll support and scale the People function at a growing biotech company, ensuring HR operations run smoothly with full U.S. employment law compliance. You'll oversee the employee lifecycle, benefits administration, and HR systems in a fast-paced regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate enrollment processes
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or compliance
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws
• Experience managing benefits administration and employee lifecycle
• Experience with HRIS platforms like BambooHR or Workday

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in biotech or regulated industries
• Familiarity with multi-state employment compliance
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP
