Description

You will lead the creation of high-impact video content across brand, marketing, and events, owning the full production lifecycle from concept through delivery. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll shape how Hello Heart's brand shows up through polished, authentic video assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional video production experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing testimonials, branded content, and social-first video
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects preferred
• Expertise in video production fundamentals including lighting, composition, audio capture, and interview techniques
• Ability to direct non-professional on-camera talent with confidence and clarity

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video production across formats including testimonials, social content, brand storytelling, product explainers, and live events
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for smaller-scale productions
• Lead all on-site production elements including camera, lighting, audio, and directing talent
• Hire and manage freelance crews and vendors for large-scale and multi-camera productions
• Develop story concepts, interview frameworks, scripts, and shot lists in partnership with cross-functional teams
