💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar AI training programs for leading frontier labs, from scoping to delivery. Your work directly encodes real human expertise into frontier AI systems and expands Idler into new domains. You'll orchestrate hundreds to thousands of expert contributors under aggressive timelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own execution of multi-million-dollar programs from scope through delivery
• Orchestrate hundreds to thousands of expert contributors under aggressive timelines
• Design workflows, incentive systems, and quality controls to improve throughput
• Track throughput, quality, cost, and timeliness; report to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, consulting, finance, or high-growth startups
• End-to-end accountability for complex projects or programs
• Experience running large distributed teams or marketplaces
