You'll lead the establishment of Olema Oncology's Ireland entity and oversee finance operations, including VAT compliance and payroll. Your work will directly enable the company's international expansion, a critical strategic priority.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution of Ireland entity setup with cross-functional teams
• Oversee VAT registration and indirect tax compliance
• Establish finance operations infrastructure including payroll
• Manage stakeholder coordination and project plans

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of finance or accounting experience
• CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent certification
• Biotech, pharma, or life sciences industry experience
• SOX-compliant or public company experience
