💼 About This Role

You'll lead people operations in our Budapest office, handling employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. You'll partner with global HR and local stakeholders to deliver a strong employee experience and ensure compliance with Hungarian labor laws. This role also contributes to office-related initiatives and vendor coordination, blending HR and operational responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of HR in Hungary including employee relations and performance management
• Partner with global HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for the Budapest office
• Ensure compliance with Hungarian labor laws and employment regulations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR-related field
• 7+ years of relevant HR experience including HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian employment law
• Experience using HR data and metrics to inform decision-making

• 3+ years in a lead or management capacity
