You'll join a motivated new business team in a fast-paced call centre, converting tradespeople on free trials to paid memberships. Your core impact is hitting daily activity and revenue targets through high-volume outbound calls. This role offers uncapped commissions and recognition through the hi-Achiever Club.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make at least 100 dials and 2.5 hours talk time daily
• Hit revenue targets by closing sales and signing up tradies
• Engage customers, manage objections, and enter details into Salesforce
• Follow scripts and ensure compliance with regulations

• Resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Sales and negotiation skills to turn objections into opportunities
• Adaptability and tech-savviness to learn new systems
• Strong communication skills over phone and in writing
