Description

As a Groundskeeper, you will maintain the property grounds by removing trash, pressure washing, gardening, and performing general maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements

• Read, write, and speak English
• Available for on-call nights/weekends and events
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Walk and stand for long periods
• Climb stairs, ladders, and navigate elevation changes

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and litter from property grounds
• Sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings
• Perform basic gardening and weeding
• Clean windows and common furniture
• Complete general maintenance tasks for household, building, and grounds repairs
