💼 About This Role

You'll deliver one-on-one and group coaching to managers at customer organizations, using 15Five platform data to personalize engagements. Your mission is to drive measurable improvements in team engagement, retention, and performance. This role requires 5 or fewer hours per week and fluency in English.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver structured coaching engagements to people managers and senior leaders
• Use 15Five platform data to tailor coaching and track progress
• Facilitate group coaching sessions and leadership workshops
• Maintain documentation of sessions, action items, and progress

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related field
• ICF PCC credential required
• Minimum 5 years of professional coaching experience
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Hogan, DISC, EQ-i 2.0, or 360-feedback instruments
• Prior coaching within platform-embedded programs like BetterUp or Torch
• Experience facilitating virtual workshops in a remote-first environment
