You'll drive talent acquisition for Anduril's Mission Systems team, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers. This role offers the chance to shape a world-class team at a defense technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, Gem, and Boolean strings
• Build trust with business leaders to influence talent strategy
• Conduct interviews and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios
• Track pipeline data and translate into actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years sourcing for technical roles
• 4+ years partnering with hiring managers and directors
• Experience with government contractors or DOD/IC agencies
• Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances
