💼 About This Role

You'll architect and operate the partner program at Sonar, the leader in AI code review. You'll design value-based incentives, manage the PRM platform, and ensure partners have a frictionless experience. This role offers the chance to build the backbone of the AI software revolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain tiered partner program transitioning to value-based metrics.
• Design and manage referral fees, co-marketing funds, and performance-based rebates.
• Own Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and automate value tracking.
• Define and track KPIs like Partner-Sourced Revenue and technical health.
• Create and manage sales and technical incentives to drive GTM offerings.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Channel/Partner Program Management within SaaS.
• Experience in Developer Tools space (Cloud, DevOps, Security, or Data) is an advantage.
• Operational mindset with experience building value-based loyalty/incentive systems.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and PRM tools (e.g., Impartner, Channel Mechanics, Allbound).
